In 2022 we successfully integrated one of the US sites, Point Sebago in Maine, paving the way for the other venues to follow suit in the coming months.

The Challenge
A number of the Holiday Resorts and Parks have enjoyed exponential growth over recent years, and as customer expectations increase, it remains important these are met with smooth, seamless experiences. Previously known as Bunn Leisure, the parks have benefitted from significant investment in fantastic amenities and activities, leading to a wealth of commercial opportunities that need maximising, whilst ensuring that customers ‘feel the difference’. Understanding how technology meets these needs is an ongoing focus, and an exciting one!

The Solution

Each location needs to be understood in terms of applying the right solution, at the right level of complexity, keeping it easy to use, yet powerful in its effect. Throughout each venue exists a strong back of house Cloud reporting suite, giving complete visibility over trading, opportunities and trends, with access to live data that refreshes every 15 seconds.

In conjunction with third parties, Microtill have been able to deploy and integrate with additional services such as Sage, Dojo & Elavon amongst others.

In line with providing excellence and outstanding experiences, fast, accurate service within food and drink venues has been vastly improved through the use of handheld tablets, self-ordering and online reservations.

Process makes perfect for many of the back of house team, whereby the use of EPOS Kitchen Management Tools allow for easy tracking of the food journey throughout the busiest of environments. From caravan ordering, to quick service restaurants, Microtill always set out to match the very best in customer service with operational excellence for both front and back of house teams.
